5 Months Old
Zach turns 5 months old on Friday. I can't believe how the time has flown. He is the best baby, always happy. This past week has been a big week for him. He learned to roll over and eat oatmeal. I finally decided to try oatmeal because he would not eat the rice cereal. And to my surprise, he loves it!! And I had to go back to work, so Zach and Chris have been getting a lot of bonding time.
A couple of weeks ago we went for our 4 month check-up and shots. He was fussy for just a few seconds after the shots and then was smiling it up with the nurse. If it were me, there would have been no smiles after 3 shots. As you can tell by the picture he is one healthy boy.
Weight: 19 lbs 6 oz (96%)
Height: 28 1/4 inches (99%)
Zach has been the greatest joy our our lives.
Go Utes
Here were in our Utah gear prior to going to the Elders to cheer our Utes to a great VICTORY!!
We were so excited that they won. What a great season.
Utah
One of the best things about going home to Utah is catching up with old friends. We were together with the Larsons, Kimballs, and Youngs. Everyone now has kids. It is so funny how things have changed with kids.
Kaydin Kimball, Zachary Sadler, Addison Larson, Naomi Young, and Daxton Kimball
My mom feeding Addison Westbrook, my cousin's daughter with Natalie blowing bubbles in the background. We celebrated Christmas a little early with my mom while she was in town. It was fun having everyone together for Christmas. It has been a long time since we all been together. (We were missing Bradford, only 8 months till he comes home )

Tribute to Bear
Bear
1998-2008
1998-2008
Today my Mom and Chip had to put our family dog down because he was so sick. Bear was the best dog. He was just like a human. He understood everything that we would say. He loved being scratched. He would come up to you and put his head under your hand so that you could pet him. He would continue to do it until you did pet him.
This was his favorite pose. He would sleep like this.
He was a Golden Retriever. He was great at retrieving balls and sticks. The funny thing is that he would never give them back so you could throw it again.
Bear you were a wonderful friend and the best dog. You were always so full of life.
We are going miss you.

Happy Days

So for those of you that don't know. Chris was accepted last week to Endodontic School here at the University of Michigan. We are so proud of him, it was no easy task. So we are going to be staying in Ann Arbor for three more years. We are so excited and truly blessed.
This is what Chris will be doing

Here is a picture of a root canal.
And hopefully the football team will be better in the next couple of years

Zach and Grandma J snugglin'
Just a side note, the jammies that he is wearing are 9 months. I can't keep up with this kid and the amount of clothes he out grows.
Check out my mom's blog to see more pics.
Utah
Zach and I ventured on our first plane ride to Utah. Let me say, traveling with an infant is much different and a lot hard than flying solo. I could go on and on about the troubles, but I won't bore you.
We were so excited to get there and see everyone. This was the first time that majority of our families were able to meet Zach.
Natalie and Zach catching some rest. It was so fun spending time with Natalie. She was a big help. She came to help one entire day. We were so excited that she was put on-call for work. Thanks for the much needed help.
