Tagged Again
1.The player lists 6 facts/habits about themselves - try to find 6 you haven't already posted about!
2. At the end of the post, the player tags 6 people and posts their names, and then goes to their blog and leaves them a comment, letting them know they have been tagged and asking them to read.
Here you go Jocee:
1. I love to play Nintendo. My favorite game right now is Halo 3. I love playing on-line and playing the levels. I know this seems like a totally boy thing, but I love it.
2. I have started to really like tomatoes. This is a new thing for me as of a 1 year ago. My favorite thing is to toast some bread with mozzarella cheese in the oven. Then put tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, salt and pepper on it. It is so yummy. I actually just had it for lunch today.
3. I love my job. I have a confession. I like the really sick babies. I get the biggest adrenalen rush out of taking care of them and seeing what I do makes them better (most of the time). The sicker the better.
4. I love a clean house. It makes me feel so good. I also like cleaning it. I put my I-Pod on shuffle and go to town. It feels so good.
5. One of favorite thing to do on a cold day (which in Michigan it happens a lot). I get in a hot tub with candles and read the latest issue of Real Simple. I love being warm and relaxing.
6. I hope to one day go back to school and get my Nurse Practitioner. It might be soon or it might be in 10 years. It is just one of my goals.
Well I am done, my turn to tag people.... Elizabeth Elder, Sharon Thacker, Ashley Cottle, Lisa Quinn, Hailey Richards, and Mindy Smith. Get going Ladies. It is fun and quick to do.

Connecticut

Here I am at Time Square
Since I am going to be working Halloween night. I decided to have a party while I was there with Chips' Kids (George and Annie), my mom, and Chip. Here we are with our Carmel Apples.
We also carved pumpkins. Here are our creations. Pretty scary, huh?
On Saturday we went to Boston. This was my first time to Boston. They had a huge pumpkin carving station at Government Square. There were thousand and thousand of carved pumpkins on display. It was all for a charity to help terminally ill kids.
Of course we walked the freedom trail. Here I am a Paul Revere's grave. The one on the left is before Longbottom wrote the poem and the one on the right it after.
We also went to the fancy vacation town, Newport, Rhode Island. They had huge mansions. We had lunch right on the water. Tuesday, September 25, 2007

Jam!!
So I must first start by saying that I am an awful cook. (Last night I ruined a meal, that's why Chris cooks and I stick to the dishes). Anyways some of my friends and I went raspberry picking today, there were so many raspberries. Then I came home and made homemade raspberry jam on my own. And I think it turned out, yea!! I am so excited that I did something right in the kitchen. And this is Chris' favorite, homemade raspberry jam.Wednesday, August 29, 2007
Happy Birthday Chris!!
Chris loves the Yankees and how convenient that they were in town playing our own Tigers. Here we are at the game sporting our twinner shirts. We had great seats (thanks mom). Too bad the Yankees didn't play that well.
Then on the actual day of his birthday we to PF Changs with the Elders (thanks Sharon for babysitting). We had so much fun at dinner just chit chatting. As you can see the girls were on the same side. Happy Birthday Chris!Sunday, August 19, 2007
NASCAR
So NASCAR comes to Michigan every year. We decided that we should finally see what all the fuss was about. We had so much fun. It was so extremely loud. When the cars went by they just shook the stands. It was amazing how fast they were going. And one of my favorite parts was the people watching. Every stereotype this sport gets, it is true 100%. If you look closely at the picture on the right, you can see a guy with his shirt off, hairy chest/back, and a beer in a coozey. There were mulits everywhere. It was great.

The stands and the cars coming around turn 4There were 3 crashes!!

The Winner, #20, doing donuts
Here we are on the actual track. You could see marks in the road from the tires and the crashes.

Summer Fun
Here we doing some classic putt-putt at Cherry Hills
My friends threw Hailey a baby shower. It was so fun to see all the girls and catch up. I miss all of you girls.
Here we are having a blast at the Real Game.

Chris is tearing it up skiing at Schofield

Here is the classic blessing photo. I was so happy that they did it while I was there. She is definitely a blessing in our lives.

Chris after a hard days work of skiing.
Bud and I at Lake Powell
Here we are both trying to surf. It is really hard to find the sweet spot to let go of the rope. But it is fun to do, even though neither one of us found the spot to let go.
Girls at the Lake

I love skiing here. The water is so warm. You can be in it all day long.
Last but not least we did have our classic game of WAR. Here is Chris and I on the banana.

Mission Call
We are so excited to announce that Bradford got his mission call. He is officially called to the Oklahoma Tulsa Mission. It encompasses 4 different states: Oklahoma, Arkansa, Kansas, and Missouri. He leaves September 18. He is really excited to go. Here is a map of the mission. It is the raised area of the map. We love you Bud, but are going to miss you.Tuesday, July 17, 2007
Deer Valley

Then we did the "Single Double" We were spraying each other so much. It was a blast.
Here is Chris goofing off. Isn't he so cute
Adults only dinner (although I don't claim I am an adult). It was so much fun just chatting the night away and we of course had great food.
Kelly, Me, Chris, Bradford, Natalie, James, and Dad

Group photo. Here is the whole family except the little one. She was sound asleep. We didn't want to wake her. We had such a great time just with the family. I love every single one of them.

One final shot of Marquel and me chilln at my dad's new pad. She is such a great baby. She spent two full days on the boat without one little peep. I can't believe she is my sister, 25 years difference. I am so glad that I am able to spend as much time as I can with her.
